1. Check your email inbox
Go to the inbox of the e-mail address you used to sign up.
2. Open our email
Find the email just sent to you. It has the subject line “Your resource login information: Your login information”.
So--check out this free download AND all the other ones as well! There are more than one! (over 50 to be exact!)
**IMPORTANT:
Check your JUNK, SPAM, or PROMOTIONS folder if you can't find it in your INBOX!
If you can't find it or are having problems logging in...please read the information in number three. AND watch the video/information below.

After you get the welcome email with the password, you will go to this page to login.
You will go to the top right-hand corner and click the little "man" icon. The screenshot below shows where it's located:

LOGIN AT THE TOP RIGHT-HAND CORNER FIRST!

When the little man icon is clicked, a new little window will pop up and you will copy and paste the email and password into their designated spots.
After you are logged in, you will scroll down and see that you can "access now" the information you have permission to access!
3. Click the link
Log in and begin downloading the paperwork!
The most important thing to double check is to make sure that you are logging in at the little man icon that is in the top right hand corner.
**IMPORTANT:
COPY AND PASTE your password in this email to log in. It's impossible to discern some letters. And double check you aren't copying in any spaces before or after the password.
Your goat care won't move ahead or improve unless you log in and download the information--so, the only one stopping you now...is you!

If you can't find the email in junk, spam or promotions folder, double check that you put your email in correctly. You'd be amazed at how many times one little mistake is missed.
If you happen to have trouble logging in...
First of all...I'm sorry you are having trouble.
Here is my troubleshooting guide. Please go through the steps and see if it solves the problem. Sometimes you might have a firewall or other browser extension that blocks you from accessing pages like this.
1. Make sure you are using the correct email address and password. Try copying and pasting the password and make sure you are not including any extra blank spaces when you copy.
2. Try clearing your browser cache and cookies, restarting your browser and then trying again to see if the problem persists
3. Try using a new browser. Not a new window, but use Chrome instead of Firefox, etc. Also, I would recommend using Chrome, and an Incognito Window, as they seem to provide the best experience, not allowing web extensions or plug-ins to interfere.
If the problem still persists after completing these steps, please let me know. And let me know what browser you are using, what error message you are getting. So I can submit a ticket to my help desk.
