If I receive an email after 3 months saying it hasn't arrived, I can't do anything about it. And honestly, once it leaves my house and I place it on the counter of the post office, it's out of my control and I'm placing my faith and business into the hands of USPS and I need your help to make sure that these packages get to you. Follow the tracking numbers and make sure your delivery person gets this package into your hands. I'm a small-business-one-mom-shop and I can't afford to mail out new binders when they say they are delivered but you say it wasn't.

The postal service has gotten more and more difficult in these last couple of years and recipients of mail need to be more diligent to make sure our orders are taken care of and get to our homes.

The most important thing to double check is to make sure that you are logging in at the little man icon that is in the top right-hand corner.

COPY AND PASTE your password in the email to log in. It's impossible to discern some letters. And double check you are NOT copying in any spaces before or after the password.

Also, double check if you typed in your email correctly...you'd be amazed at how many times the emails are put in incorrectly with one little mistake...

Your goat care won't move ahead or improve unless you log in and download the information--so, the only one stopping you now...is you!

If you still happen to have trouble logging in...

First of all...I'm sorry you're still having trouble.

Below is my troubleshooting guide. Please go through the steps and see if it solves the problem. Sometimes you might have a firewall or other browser extension that blocks you from accessing pages like this.

1. Make sure you are using the correct email address and password. Try copying and pasting the password and make sure you are not including any extra blank spaces when you copy.

2. Try clearing your browser cache and cookies, restarting your browser and then trying again to see if the problem persists.

3. Try using a new browser. Not a new window, but use Chrome instead of Firefox, etc. Also, I would recommend using Chrome, and an Incognito Window, as they seem to provide the best experience, not allowing web extensions or plug-ins to interfere.

If the problem still persists after completing these steps, please let me know. And let me know what browser you are using, what error message you are getting. So I can submit a ticket to my help desk.

After you get the welcome email with the password, you will go to this page to login. This link is included in the email with your log-in information.

You will go to the top right-hand corner and click the little "man" icon. The screenshot below shows where it's located:

When the little man icon is clicked, a new little window will pop up and you will copy and paste the email and password into their designated spots.

After you are logged in, you will scroll down and see that you can "access now" the information you have permission to access!
